There is a monthly bulk buy deadline for mailings which can be found here. The next deadline is Wednesday 5th July at 10am.

Prices
Prices are £12 per addition and 23p per address for hand delivery. They can also post your letters directly to residents for an additional 61p (so 84p in total per posted letter). Prices include VAT and delivery.
