Kickstart is our twice yearly residential training weekend for councillors and campaigners.
It is an action packed 48hours where Lib Dems in local government come together for training, networking and bespoke mentoring.

It takes a team of around 30 to deliver a Kickstart Weekend – but we don’t have that many staff! What we do have is a group of fantastic volunteers who support teams to produce winning campaign plans.
Ed Sainsbury is a campaigner in Essex and one of our Kickstart mentors, and graduate of our Future Mentors scheme.
