We had a fantastic result in May’s local elections – welcoming hundreds of new councillors to the Lib Dem family.
In total we made 407 Lib Dem gains and many more new Lib Dem councillors were elected to held wards.
ALDC is running a New Councillor Programme of webinars over the next few weeks to introduce you to life as a councillor.
If you are just starting your exciting journey as a Lib Dem councillor, or if you are an existing councillor and want to sharpen your skills, these webinars will provide a great overview to the role for councillors new and old!
All webinars are run twice (12.30pm and 5pm) and they are completely free to attend. You just need to register in advance. Please follow the link below to register. Please note you need to register for each module individually but it only takes a moment to do so. You do not need to be an ALDC member to attend – just a Lib Dem member.
