Scottish Conference is taking place on Friday and Saturday and ALDC are looking forward to our activities. We have a stall so you can pop by and say hello at any time.

On Friday between 12.45-13.45 we are running our fringe, 150 Rising – Kickstarting our campaign to win big in 2027. We have a brilliant panel including Scottish Lib Dem leader Alex Cole-Hamilton MSP, our newly elected councillor for Strathtay Claire McLaren and our candidate for Badenoch and Strathspey in 2027, Declan Gallacher. This should be a great discussion as we look to winning more councillors in the future.
On Saturday between 10.00-11.00 we are running a training session – Success as a Ward Councillor. This will be delivered by our Development Officer, Councillor James Calder, and Councillor Ed Thornley from Edinburgh. Whether you are currently a councillor or thinking of becoming one in the future, this is an excellent session to help you to success locally.
