**APPLICATIONS FOR G8 IN 2022 ARE NOW CLOSED**
G8 is the party’s funding scheme to help with campaigning in local elections, with the aim of getting more Welsh Liberal Democrats elected in 2022. The deadline for applying is 11th November at 4pm.
This year’s G8 is being used to support local campaigning by providing two free direct mail drops to key voters in your ward. The letters will be produced by ALDC’s print partner, Election Workshop, and delivered by Royal Mail to voters in early February and early March 2022.
G8 will pay for two items of direct mail to be delivered to targeted voters in your ward in 2022. We will provide templates and can also provide artwork support and help with your data.

G8 will support a maximum of two wards per council area, with one application per ward, or 10% of seats up, whichever is greater.
