Join fellow Lib Dems for a one day conference to celebrate International Women’s Day on Saturday 9 March.
This will be a unique chance to hear from some truly inspirational women from within the party and beyond, and may be especially interesting for those considering standing as councillors. In the afternoon you can take part in a series of practical workshops focusing on women in community activism, politics, public life, business, tech, creative industries etc, plus strategies for encouraging women to participate.
This is being organised by Liberal Democrat Women and four local parties – all Lib Dems welcome.
