Brexit: Liberal Democrat Lords win agreement on consulting councils

Liberal Democrats in the House of Lords have won agreement that, should Brexit happen, councils will continue to have consultation rights from central government that they would have under current EU structures. Liberal Democrat Lord Shipley moved the amendment. Find out more.
