We are pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Haldane to the post of Political Assistant at the LGA Lib Dem Office following Jake Beavans move to a new job earlier this year. Amy joins us after stints in both the offices of former MP Paul Bustow and Tom Brake MP. She is also councillor for Carshalton South and Clockhouse ward in the London Borough of Sutton. Amy will be assisting Howard with the Peer Review work and looks forward to meeting as many of you as possible at the Lib Dem local government conference in June and LGA conference in Bournemouth in July.”
