Local Authority Action for Southern Africa (LAACTSA) is a network of UK councils and partners agencies that aims to support the development and progress of local government in Southern Africa. LAACTSA’s newsletter gives information about partnership working between local authorities in the UK and in Southern Africa, together with membership details for councils and for individual members and officers, past and present.
