Postal voters are a key group amongst your electorate. Roughly 80-90% of postal voters will cast their vote – compared to a typical local election turnout of 15-40% depending on your area.
But the longer postal voters leave it to return their ballot the more likely they are to forget altogether. With many areas experiencing delays with royal mail deliveries too, it is more important than ever to make sure Lib Dem supporters with postal votes return their ballot straight away. A good GOTV operation is essential.

The prices below include VAT. There is a charge for mail-merging that is factored into the fixed cost of addressed leaflet. Please note only full colour printing is available through the bulk buy. The RISO templates above are for local parties to print on their own equipment.

There are two deadlines for this year’s Postal Vote GOTV bulk buy. Check with your Electoral Services office which day they intend to post ballot papers. Remember to keep checking as they sometimes post early.
We strongly urge you to place your order to meet the first deadline on Sunday 7 April to ensure you have your leaflet with you in good time before postal ballots land.
Deadline 1: Artwork by Sunday 7 April for return by Thursday 11 April
Deadline 2: Artwork by Sunday 14 April for return by Thursday 18 April
If you are designing your leaflets on Artworker your final artwork will automatically be uploaded for printing when you complete the ordering process. You can also upload your own artwork to take part in the bulk buy (remember it must be A4) using the links below:
An essential part of a good GOTV operation is hand-addressed Blue or Cream letters – delivered just before people cast their vote.
C6 coloured envelopes are £21.54 per box of a thousand (or £17.99 for white envelopes). Matching blue or cream paper is £9.96 per ream of 500 sheets. All prices include VAT and there is a one-off delivery charge of £12.
