LGiU and CCLA C’llr Achievement Awards 2015: Nominations Open

We’ve just had notice that the 2015 C’llr Awards are open for nominations. This is a great opportunity to showcase the work that Liberal Democrat councillors make in their communities and we strongly recommend as many Lib Dems as possible throw their hats into the ring! The deadline for nominations is Friday 23rd January. Full details below:

I am writing to inform you that the LGiU and CCLA C’llr Achievement Awards 2015 are open for entries. The C’llr Awards are the only national awards that recognise the outstanding contributions of councillors from across the country and political spectrum.

There are 10 exciting awards categories this year:

The awards are free to enter and all details can be found at: http://www.lgiu.org.uk/cllrawards. The closing date for entries is January 23rd and the ceremony will be held in late February 2015.

We are delighted that CCLA is supporting the C’llr Achievement Awards once again. CCLA has managed funds for local authorities for over 50 years. CCLA services include the Public Sector Deposit Fund, a highly competitive, easy access, low risk cash management solution, designed with guidance from local government experts.
