Get out the Vote materials Bulk Buy

ALDC and Election Workshop are teaming up to bring you a Bulk Buy deal to print your polling week ‘Get out the Vote’ (GOTV) materials.

These include Eve of Poll, Good morning and Knock Up leaflets. All of which come with different size and design options.

Your polling week and polling day deliveries and door-knocking are a vital part of your campaign. Elections can be won and lost in the final few days. More advice and information of fighting a winning polling day can be found here.

Templates

For your Eve of Poll and Good Morning leaflets you can choose between folded A4 leaflets and ‘plank’ cards. Printed on 300gsm card our plank designs are very popular as they are sturdy and very impactful when they land on doormats.

Prices

The prices below include VAT. There is a charge for mail-merging that is factored into the fixed cost of an addressed leaflet. Please note only full colour printing is available through the bulk buy. The RISO templates above are for local parties to print on their own equipment.

Deadlines

There are two deadlines to take part in the bulk buy. We strongly urge you to meet the first deadline on Sunday 21 April in order to receive your leaflets well in advance of polling week. There is a second deadline for those who miss the first. This should only be used as a last resort. Even though delivery will be arranged before eve of poll circumstances beyond anyone’s control could affect this. Therefore please aim to meet the first deadline.

• Sunday 21 April for return by Thursday 25 April
• Wednesday 24 April for return by Tuesday 30 April

Artwork can be submitted for a seven day turnaround at any time (so for instance you could submit artwork today to have your artwork leaflets back in 7 days time) if you need your leaflets quicker than the above timescales.

Artwork Upload

If you design your leaflets on ALDC Artworker your final artwork will be uploaded automatically when you complete your order.
