The Liberal Democrat Federal Policy Committee is looking for applicants to be part of two new Lib Dem policy working groups – one on Climate Change and another Policy Review Group.
The climate change group will consider how we can facilitate the UK’s transition to net zero in a way that ensures a just transition. At the same time, it will look at what climate adaptation measures the UK will need to take as the effects of climate change start to be felt.
The policy review group will take a strategic overview of Liberal Democrat policy, and will consider which policy areas we will need to focus on to meet the political challenges of the next 5-10 years. Based on this it will set out a programme of policy development work for the next Parliament.
