This week is polling week in the Arbroath West, Letham and Friockheim by-election on Angus Council.
The vacancy has arisen from an independent councillor resignation. Lib Dem candidate Sandra O’Shea and the local team are working extremely hard here and having a big final push over the next couple of days in the lead up to polling day on Thursday.
