The deadline to submit your papers for the 2024 local elections is 4pm on Friday 5 April.
However you should not leave it until deadline day! Book to go into electoral services a few days beforehand to have your forms checked to give yourself time to correct any errors.

The regulated period for the local elections also begins on Wednesday 27 March. From this day onwards all campaign expenditure must be recorded on your election expense return.
