The electoral register is updated on Connect at regular points for all local authorities. There is usually an update around Christmas and New Year.
Writing to new residents in your ward, introducing yourself and their Lib Dem representative(s) and asking them for some initial feedback will demonstrate to them straight away that the Lib Dems work hard in the area and keep in touch all year round.
