Once you’ve done your summer surveys, it’s really important that you report back to your residents on what people have raised with you. It’s a great way of keeping in touch with residents and making sure they know that you are listening to them.

The bulk deal is priced £12 per ward/edition plus 21p per letter including VAT for hand delivery. If you want to post the items then the cost is £12 per edition plus 72p including VAT. Not bad considering a second class stamp would cost you 68p!
The Royal Mail will be putting up their postage prices by 18% in November, so these prices will increase from the November direct mail bulk buy date – so get your letters in now to make sure you get the best price!
