This week’s ‘Leaflet of the Week’ winner comes from Bernwood ward on Buckinghamshire Council – where the local Lib Dems achieved an amazing by-election victory on 30 June 2022 coming from third place to beat both the Conservatives and Greens with a 21.4% increase in vote share!
