Many of us will have heard about friends, family and residents who have received suspicious communications recently. These may claim to be from the NHS or other Government departments, delivery services or even our bank. As these scams become more sophisticated, both in their form and in the way they are targeted – often at individuals known to be vulnerable, we need to be vigilant and ensure that our residents know the steps they can take to stay safe.
