As much as it looks like a great gain for Lib Dem, there was not a Lib Dem candidate in the least election in 2015, Green Party didn’t run this time, turnout was considerably lower this time too. (Cons voters clearly didnt vote in numbers as the by election was due to their councillor being removed for irregularities)
