Cllr Sarah Osborne, one of our Lib Dem councillors on the LGA People and Places Board is keen to hear from other Lib Dem councillors. Sarah wants to hear form you if there are concerns over your local authority being unwilling or unable to fund home-school transport for students trying to get to a local school, especially in rural areas where there is often no alternative means by public transport.
