Lib Dem Health Minister Norman Lamb has launched a new Crisis Care Concordat with Frank Bruno. This is about local agencies like the police, councils and the NHS working together so that no-one in crisis is turned away from treatment and that people are treated with care and respect. The LGA is one of many organisations signing up to this.
