Direct Mail Bulk Buys

Our print partners, Election Workshop, are offering monthly direct mail bulk buy dates to help make your campaigns as affordable and successful as possible.

Mailings can either be returned to your local party for hand delivery, or posted directly to voters.

ALDC members receive a year round discount on Direct Mail orders through Election Workshop returned to your local party for hand-delivery.

In addition, on the first Wednesday of every month we also offer a Bulk Buy Deal for mailings that are posted directly to residents by the Royal Mail.

Our Direct Mail offer includes an A4 addressed cover letter (full colour, one-side) an A4 full colour insert (two-sided) stuffed into an windowed DL envelope.

Prices

Hand Delivered Mailings (year round)
£15 per version – plus 21p per item.

Posted Mailings (first Wednesday of the month)
£20 per version – plus 106p per item. A saving on second class postage.

Dates

The table below shows the upcoming posted mail bulk buy deadlines for the whole of 2026. Artwork must be received by 10am on the deadline day. Included in the list below are suggested mailings to do each month. ALDC has templates available for each suggested mailing.

You can find our latest Direct Mail templates here in our Countdown to May template section. These latest templates include squeeze mailings, postal voter recruitment mailings and election mailings.

You can also access our archive of template direct mailings on our Direct Mail Webpage. These include new voter mailings, cv mailings, recruitment mailings and candidate mailings.

You can use the bulk buy for any A4 mailing and insert that you wish to produce. You don’t have to use our templates or suggested mailings. Use the offer to fulfil your own campaign plan.
