Agents Weekend | 20 – 22 November 2026

The Kickstart Agents programme provides practical knowledge, confidence, and clear guidance on the responsibilities of the Agent role, focusing on large-area election agents while remaining equally relevant to local agents.

Participants who attend the course and successfully pass the assessment will now be recorded on Lighthouse as qualified local agents, recognising their achievement and readiness to support election campaigns effectively.

Kickstart/Agents Weekend is open to everyone, ALDC members and non-members alike, and is particularly valuable if you come as a team.

• Please arrive from 4pm on Friday 20 November 2026
• Departure is after lunch on Sunday 22 November 2026

Yarnfield Park Training and Conference Centre – near Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 0NL (map and directions).

COSTS:

Single room (per person)

• Early bird £210, Middle bird £260, Late bird £310

Double / Twin room (per person, 2 people sharing room)

Cancellation Policy

This event has limited capacity, so we ask that cancellations are made at least two weeks before the event wherever possible.

• Cancellations made two weeks or more before the event will receive a full refund minus a £20 cancellation fee
• You may choose to roll over your booking to the next Kickstart event (rollover is available once and must be to the closest next event, for example June Kickstart to November Kickstart)

If you need to cancel at short notice, we will do our best to resell your place:

• If we are able to resell your ticket, you will receive a refund or rollover as above minus the cancellation fee.
• If we are unable to resell the ticket, we will not be able to refund any part of the cost

An administration fee of £10 applies to ALL last-minute detail changes.
