Using funding we receive from G8, this provides eight funded places at our flagship residential training weekend, Kickstart which takes place on the weekend of 20-22 June 2025.
This programme is open to members of Liberal Democrats from an ethic minority background who want to move forward with their political career in local government or who have ambitions for their area.

The process is competitive and the closing date is Thursday 5 June 2025.
The Kickstart weekend takes place at Yarnfield Park, Staffordshire on the weekend of 20-22 June 2025. If you are successful your meals, accommodation, training and mentoring are all included. We can also help with travel costs. You can find out more about Kickstart here.
