ALDC have always been, and will always be, the only campaigning organisation devoted entirely to Liberal Democrat success in local government and to the practice of community politics. Our history of half a century of local, grassroots campaigning means we have touched many lives and worked with generations of Liberal and Liberal Democrat activists from the 1960s to the present day.
