Webinar – Connect 1 – Introduction – Mon 12 October 2020

Session 1 of 3:

Join us this week for our three-session course on using Connect. In these three sessions, our experienced trainers will guide you through the latest advice on using Connect – from a basic system set up and list creation, to using MiniVan, creating scripts, using walk and turf manager to many more advanced options found in Connect.

Whether you’re a newbie just starting out or an experienced campaigner, this course will give you the crucial practical skills you need.

Training will cover:

  • What is Connect
  • Logging on to Connect
  • The home screen (Differences, My Voters and My Campaign) and  layout
  • Using Quick look-up
  • Individual data file (district, emails, phone numbers, questions and tags, voting history, postal and proxy votes)
  • Canvass analysis
  • Re-arranging how the data file looks

  • What are lists
  • Creating a list
  • The list task bar
  • Seeing a list on a Map
  • Saving a list (fixed lists, dynamic searches)
