Key to election success can be having the right people in the right place, doing the right jobs. Utilising the skills our volunteers have is a crucial, but often overlooked part of campaigning. This module will look at the key tasks that needed to be carried out within an election, the skills that are required and how we can match people to their perfect role.

We also look at factors such as limited time and resources and recognising that we are working with volunteers.
