On this result:-
1. Is the winner the former MP for Southport?
2. Given that evidently in 2016 the Conservatives gained 27.9% (26.3 + 1.6) while the LibDems had 45.1% (56.0 - 10.9) how can this be a gain from the Conservatives?

Generally:-
where you show 0% for a party, does this mean they didn't put up a candidate, or that they stood but got no votes?
