Events

We will refund registration fees for events as follows:
- up to 30 days before the event 50% refund
- after 30 days before the event 0% refund.

Membership

Membership is payable in advance and is not refundable.

Sales

We do not normally consider refunds for publications, however your statutory rights are not affected.

General

In exceptional circumstances a refund may be available at the discretion of the company management.
