Username
Your username is your email address, written in full.
e.g. joe.bloggs@yahoo.co.uk
This is case sensitive (write capital letters as capitals, lower case as lower case). There are no spaces in email addresses.
This is the email address that ALDC has on file for you. Please let us know if we have the wrong email address for you.
Password
Your password is your ALDC membership number.
This is case sensitive – ie write capital letters as capital letters.
Please note that the second digit of your ALDC membership number is a LETTER, not a NUMBER. (ie the letter “O”, not the number “0”).
If you do not know your ALDC membership number please contact us on 01422 843 785. Please note we will not give you your ALDC membership number over the phone. We will email it to the email address we have on file for you, or send it you in the post.
